Prohibited / Restricted Items or Content

Before you promote, attempt to sell, or advertise your products, you need to find out if your item is allowed to be sold and that it is not subject to restrictions outlined below in order to avoid potential issues with your QuickConnect service. You accept and aknowledge that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your products are aloowed by QuickConnect and that they are regarded legal by law enforcement agencies as well state and federal regulations.

Although these policies are often based on state, federal, and international laws we have additional restrictions to protect the public and the community although some restriction may not necessarily be prohibited by law.

Violations of these policies will result in some or all of the following:

• Immediate cancellation of service

• Cancellation of account and restrictions for future use of services

• Suspension of account

• Forfeit of all fees paid without any refund whatsoever

• Being reported to law enforcement agencies

All restricted and prohibited products are listed below. However, if you do not see your product below, it does not necessarily mean that it is not prohibited. Also laws and regulations change periodically and it may not be reflected in the list below immediately.

• Adult content
• Adult toys
• Adult products (video, audio, magazines, books, etc.)
• Animals and Wildlife live or otherwise, including ivory, bones, skin, specimen, or any part of animal
• Artifacts that are prohibited by state, federal, or international law
• Cosmetics that are used or unsealed
• Counterfeit products, services, and items such as currency from any country or stamps or published materials
• Credit cards
• Drugs, whether prescription or otherwise, or drug paraphernalia
• Embargoed products or items from prohibited countries
• Firearms, guns, knives, or any item that is regarded as a weapon
• Government items that are prohibited
• Hazardous and restricted goods from importation
• Human parts
• Items encouraging illegal activities or teaching or guiding methods of illegal activities
• Lockpicking guides or equipment
• Lottery tickets
• Medical equipment or medical or surgical training services or goods
• Multi-level marketing schemes, matrix, or pyramids
• Offensive material or rasist goods or services or activites deemed inhumane and disgusting
• Pesticides
• Police prohibited or restricted goods and services
• Prescription drugs
• Slot machines
• Stamps, new or used or collections
• Stocks and investment securities prohibited or restricted under SEC
• Stolen goods
• Surveillance devices
• Tabacco
• Weeds and seeds
